Brodie is a senior attending Plainview Texas High School, and he is an active member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) club. Growing up in a small rural town, Brodie has always been passionate about agriculture and livestock, and his involvement in FFA has allowed him to pursue his interests further.

Brodie has been involved in FFA since his freshman year, and during this time, he has participated in various activities and competitions, including livestock shows, public speaking, and parliamentary procedures. These experiences have not only helped him develop essential skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication, but they have also given him the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who share his love for agriculture.

One of Brodie’s proudest achievements in FFA was raising and showing a prize-winning goat at the local livestock show. It was an unforgettable experience for him, and he recalls the months of hard work and dedication he put into raising and caring for his animal. Brodie credits FFA for teaching him the value of hard work and persistence, qualities that have been instilled in him and will serve him well in his future endeavors.

Besides his involvement in FFA, Brodie is also an active member of his community. He volunteers regularly at the local animal shelter, helping to care for the dogs and cats. He also participates in community service projects with FFA, such as cleaning up local parks and helping with food drives.

As Brodie’s senior year comes to an end, he looks back on his time in FFA with a sense of pride and gratitude. He has made lasting friendships, gained valuable skills, and had experiences that have shaped him into the person he is today.

Looking ahead, Brodie plans to attend college and major in animal science. He hopes to continue his involvement in agriculture and livestock and make a positive impact on the industry. Brodie is confident that his time in FFA has prepared him for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, and he looks forward to the exciting journey that awaits him.
